An ATM guard foiled a robbery attempt at a bank in Chadoora area of Kashmir’s Budgam district during the night on Saturday.
According to the police, the security guard, posted at Jammu and Kashmir Bank branch in Lolipora village, 12 kms from Chadoora town, raised an alarm as robbers tried to enter the bank in the night.
The robbers had broken a window of the bank. They escaped from the spot as locals rushed towards the bank after the guard raised alarm.
