Snacks

People who often smoke cigarettes cannot keep away from them for long. If you like to smoke cigarettes, go for peanuts, french fries, potato chips or popcorns. Salt is high in them. Although these are not considered good for eating but they can surely help in leaving smoking.

Chewing Gum

Chewing Gum is also considered as effective to abstain from cigarettes. When you chew a Chewing Gum, your mind doesn’t divert towards cigarettes. Chewing gum isn’t harmful to health as well.

Chocolate

It is believed that chocolate can also help you in quitting cigarettes. Dark chocolate intake is considered good.

While milk chocolate is not advised.

Many people advise the use of various medicines to quit smoking, but medicines used to quitp smoking can prove to be dangerous for you. Do not take any medicines without the advice of a doctor. The medicines used by the doctor can prove beneficial for you.
