Pradyuman Thakur, the Class II student of Rayn International School who was found murdered in the school premises, was taken to perform an autopsy which revealed that the child was not sexually assaulted.
The report further said that Thakur’s neck was cut by a knife. The 7 year old was found murdered in a washroom in the school. The school has come down with a lot of criticism for a lack of security and shady dealing in the past.
Much to the horror of the parents there, there was a liquor shop situated just 50 meters from the school, which as burnt down recently.
The murder of Pradyuman has led to angry protests by parents in Haryana as well as other states, sparking debates about the safety of schools around the country.
