Ironman suit inspired AR hand to control computer

Iron Man is a 2008 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Paramount Pictures.
Iron Man is Tony Stark’s creation. It’s a special suit that gives Stark superhuman strength, the ability to fly and powerful weapons.

The same technology could work for you, a less technologically advanced version can soon become available. Using your hand gestures to control everything on your computer would be cool. No mouse, no keyboard, just your hands and of course, a band developed by two founders in their early twenties is what can become the interaction device between us and a computer.

Adarsh Warrier (22) and Abhishek Satish (21) started their tech startup Vicara Tech in March 2017 to give direction to what has been their pet project for the last two years- developing a wearable tech which can control most of your applications with hand gestures.

The project has now taken the shape of a product called Kai which can be worn on the palm of your hand to gesture control multiple apps on your computer.

“Our product, Kai, is a minimalistic wearable that can be worn on your hand. It harnesses natural body language to provide a revolutionary digital interaction experience. It can recognize your hand gestures to interact with the digital world intuitively. It enables creative professionals to seamlessly interact with their digital environment. The device drastically enhances productivity by creating a truly revolutionary gesture-based computer interaction experience,” explains cofounder Adarsh Warrier.
