Actress Raai Laxmi just made her debut in Bollywood with Julie 2 and is quote excited about it. And, coincidentally for the actress, Julie 2 will be the 50th film in her career making it more special for her. Besides Julie 2, Raai Laxmi also has handful of movies in South Indian cinema. It is also being said that Raai Laxmi is part of the Malayalam adult-comedy film ‘Chunkzz 2’ which is a sequel to Chunkzz released in early 2017. It was also being reported that Raai Laxmi had given her nod to a role in the film and will soon begin shooting for it. In an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla, Raai Laxmi has lashed out at these reports and said that she is not part of ‘Chunkzz 2’ and she has no idea where these rumours have started from.
“I don’t know where these rumours started and they have been doing rounds all over. I’m asked about this everywhere I go and I have no clue about it. It is false news,” said Raai Laxmi speaking about she being part of ‘Chunkzz 2’. And it is not just Raai Laxmi whose name has been doing rounds in the cast of ‘Chunkzz 2’. Adult star Mia Khalifa is also said to be a part of the film and the makers had approached her for an important role in the film. But later the director Omar Lulu clarified that they were only trying to get her onboard ‘Chunkzz2’ and nothing is confirmed yet.
“We were in talks with one of the Bollywood companies to rope in Mia Khalifa for Chunks 2 The conclusion which is expected to release in 2018. Based on my conversation with the company, they told me that they would get her dates and I was asked to wait for a week to get the clear picture about Mia’s debut and I mentioned the same on FB. Looks like they are trying to get hold of Mia’s rep and I’m still waiting for the final confirmation from them,” director Omar Lulu had said.
