Chennai Super Kings back in IPL ; Gambhir removed by KKR

Mahendra Singh Dhoni was back at his ‘spiritual home’ Chennai Super Kings. He will be joined by Suresh Raina and Jadeja. while Royal Challengers Bangalore retained India captain Virat Kohli and in a surprising way Sarfaraz Khan. RCB also retained AB Devillers.

Mumbai Indians had the league’s most successful captain Rohit Sharma back in their stable as most of the retentions happened on expected lines.Other two players retained by the team are Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah.
