Filmmaker TV Chandran reveals that while picking Indrans as the Best Actor was quite easy, the toughest job was to decide on the Best Actress award. Vineetha Koshy performance in the movie Ottamurivilicham was brilliant and was equally impressive as Parvathy’s performance in Take Off.
“Finally, after a lot of intense discussions, we unanimously settled on Parvathy because her role was a bit more nuanced,” TV Chandran revealed.
Vineetha Koshy, who made debut in the popular movie Aanandam, was awarded a Special Jury Mention.
