A Russian man has filed for divorce after a fight with his wife over whether Lionel Messi is better than Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to the Mirror, the man relates: “She told me that from the beginning of this World Cup, Messi didn’t know how to play, especially after fumbling the penalty kick against Iceland.”
When the Argentinians won over the Nigerians, he celebrated the win, but he and his wife of 14 years started fighting again.

He lost his cool and gave her his honest opinion regarding the ‘vain’ Christiano Ronaldo and the Portuguese national team.
By the next morning, he had packed his bags and headed straight to the Chelyabinsk courthouse in the Ural mountains to ask for a divorce.
Ironically, the duo had met at a bar while watching the 2002 World Cup.
