The trailer of Bollywood film “Kabir Singh’ starring Shahid Kapoor ’ got released in social media. The movie is the official remake of the 2017 Telugu hit, ‘Arjun Reddy’. The film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Venga, who helmed the original as well. Kiara Advani plays the female lead.
‘Arjun Reddy’ is the story of an impulsive medical surgeon who falls madly in love with his college junior. He becomes an alcoholic post-break-up and the rest of the plot is about how he redeems himself. The original was a sensational blockbuster.
Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani have jointly produced the movie. It s scheduled to hit screens on June 21.
