**Ingredients:**
– ½ cup refined flour (maida)
– 1 cup powdered bread crumbs
– 2 cardamoms
– 2 cloves
– Small piece of cinnamon
– ½ nutmeg
– ½ teaspoon baking powder
– ½ cup + ¼ cup sugar
– ½ cup orange juice
– 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
– 2 eggs
– 125 grams frozen butter
– ½ cup raisins
– ½ cup dates
– ½ cup tutti frutti
– ¼ cup cherry
– 1 tablespoon ginger
– ½ cup cashew nuts and almonds

**Preparation:**
1. Melt ½ cup sugar in a thick-bottomed pan.
2. When it turns brown, add ½ cup water and boil.
3. After sugar dissolves, add orange juice and boil again.
4. Incorporate raisins, dates, cherry, tutti frutti, and ginger.
5. When fruits are fully cooked and the pan’s contents dry, turn off the flame, adding finely sliced nuts.
6. Set aside the pan to cool.
7. In a blender, powder cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg with refined flour.
