Mumbai: Leading two-wheeler brand in the country, Bajaj Auto has launched the latest variant of its electric scooter, Chetak Urbane. The new electric scooter is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tecpac variant will cost upgrade Rs 1.21 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Chetak Urbane packs 2.9kWh battery. The battery has an IDC-certified range of 113 km on a single charge. The standard Chetak Urbane has a top speed of 63 kmph. The Tecpac has a top speed of 73 kmph.

The standard Urbane model has a single ride mode and limited app-based functions. The Tecpac -equipped model gets the addition of a sport mode, hill start assist, a reverse mode and greater app-based functions. The Chetak Urbane is available in Matte Coarse Grey, Cyber White, Brooklyn Black, and Indigo Metallic colors.
