Here’s a simple recipe for chocolate tea:

Ingredients:
– 2 cups of water
– 2 cups of milk
– 2 tablespoons of loose tea leaves or 2 tea bags
– 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
– 4 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
– 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
– A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Brew the Tea:
– In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
– Add tea leaves or tea bags to the boiling water.
– Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you want your tea.
– Remove the saucepan from heat.

2. Add Cocoa and Sugar:
– In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder and sugar.
– Add a couple of tablespoons of the brewed tea to the cocoa-sugar mixture and stir until it forms a smooth paste.

3. Combine Everything:
– Pour the remaining brewed tea into the cocoa-sugar paste and mix well.

4. Heat with Milk:
– Place the saucepan back on low heat and add milk.
– Stir continuously until the mixture is well-blended and heated through. Do not let it boil.

5. Add Vanilla and Salt:
– If using, add vanilla extract for extra flavor and a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate taste. Stir well.

6. Strain and Serve:
– Strain the chocolate tea into cups to remove any tea leaves or residue.
– Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chocolate tea!

Feel free to adjust the sweetness and cocoa levels according to your taste preferences. You can also top it with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa for an extra treat!
