Mechanically, the Benelli Leoncino Scrambler is fitted with a 499.6 cc liquid cooled, twin cylinder engine under the hood. The engine is tuned to produce a maximum power of 49.6 bhp at 8,500 revolutions per minute and a peak torque of 45 Nm at 4,500 revolutions per minute. The power will be transmitted to the wheels via a 6-speed transmission gearbox.
The Benelli Leoncino Scrambler is one of the most attractive looking retro styled cafe racer-type motorcycle with pleasant off road capabilities. The motorcycle is expected to get a price tag of somewhere close to Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 5.5 lakhs.
