Good News: Flying In and Out of the country becomes easier and helpful

Good news for persons using private planes and chartered jets registered in India for flying in and out of the country. B S Bhullar, the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said the pre-condition of taking clearance from the regulatory agency will be removed for Indian-registered charter flight or private jets to fly out of the country from December 15.

Indian aircraft owners and foreign jet owners find it tough to go abroad and fly in due to the strict maze of rules. The regulator may extend this relief to foreign registered charter flight or private jets by January-end.

The decision is made by considering the difficulties happened for business leaders or high net worth individuals have a last-minute travel plan on a weekend when government offices are closed and are unable to give the required clearances.
