Recipe: Try this Nutrient Tea- Phudina Green Tea

A healthy cup of green tea. Together with honey and lemon juice, mint transforms the mildly bitter and nutty flavor of green tea into an exciting mélange of tangy and refreshing flavors that tingle the palate! Enjoy the Phudina Green Tea fresh, and avoid reheating it.

Ingredients

1 tsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 green tea bag
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method
Pour 1 cup of hot water in a mug, place green tea bag in the mug and allow it to stand for 1 minute.

Remove the bag and discard it, add the mint leaves, honey and lemon juice and mix well.
