Sai Pallavi may have acted in few films in Malayalam. But she has captured hearts of millions of fans with those films. Premam which was released in 2015 was one of the top-grossing films of the year. She has been one of the busiest actresses in the South Indian film industry.
Her first Telugu movie Fidaa went on to become a blockbuster and the actress is currently busy with other projects.

Ever since she made her debut she has been noted for her rude uncanny behavior. Co-star Naga Shaurya has reportedly lashed out for her rude behavior. He said that she loses cool for small things. He said, “Fidaa was a huge hit but the credit for it was not solely hers. Her behavior disappointed me.”
Sai Pallavi had acted in Middle-Class Abbayi (MCA) with Telugu star Nani. The actress had created trouble on the sets of this movie too. Sai and Nani supposedly ad a tiff and the latter is said to have left the set following the dispute.
