Calling a person a dog is an insult to some. And people didn’t except a person of such language flow to make a mistake.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was shocked by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor’s remarks comparing the National People’s Party’s relationship with it to a “tail wagging along whenever the dog barks,” spokesperson Nalin Kohli said Saturday.
Tharoor used the analogy yesterday while speaking to reporters in Shillong.

The BJP demanded an apology from Tharoor and his party, the Indian National Congress.
We are yet to hear from the Opposition.
