South Korean President gave Kim Jong Un a USB. Guess whats in it.

USBs have made transferring files so easy. None will know this better than North Korean citizens who doesn’t have access to a lot of television channels and the smuggled pen drives are the only means to watching western and south korean movies and shows. But now the North Korean president himself seemed to have received a pen drive, from none other than his south Korean counterpart. The USB contains a presentation and e -book which is essentially a blueprint on how to improve North Korean ties with other nations.

The presentation in the flash drive is supposedly about “New Economic Map of the Korean Peninsula”, something that moon had announced last year. The map is basically about building three belts from North Korea. One belt along the east coast and Russia to tap in the energy resources, another one along west for transportation and logistics and the final one across the land for tourism.

The map will have detailed plans of gas pipes, inter Korean transportation system etc. There are also reports of the USB having information on building power plant. We are not sure how fruitful the talks were between Kim and Moon but it seems like South Korean president is keen to convince North Korea how badly they need international cooperation. John Delury , NorthKorean expert said that the USB makes the case that South Korea is serious about working with them and that they think the ambition for North Korea should be to become a wealthy east-asian nation.
