‘Please Stop Firing’, Pakistan Pleaded with India.

India’s ‘not so friendly’ neighbour Pakistan has always nursed a grudge and envy for India’s superior might in weapons. It is also the reason why the country has preferred to resort to proxy war mechanisms. But then, on border when the armies meet face to face, very often they get a taste of what India’s artillery powers are. In one such incident today, Pakistan Rangers pleaded with Border Security Force to stop firing along the International Border, reports BSF.

BSF had retaliated to Pakistani aggression with heavy artillery that left a trooper dead across the border. “Pakistan rangers called up Jammu BSF formation today and beseeched to stop firing” said a BSF spokesman. A senior official of BSF said the befitting reply by BSF units to the unprovoked shelling and firing across the IB by pakistani forces has forced them to plead for ceasefire.

BSF also released a 19 second thermal imagery footage which shoes the destruction of a Pakistani Picket across the border as a response to the unprovoked shelling of Pakistan.

BSF had lost two of it’s jawans recently along with 4 civilian lives in the Jammu area due to firing from Pakistan. There seems to be a lot of activity from Pakistan in the wake of Prime Minister Narendra Modis day long visit to Jammu and Kashmir yesterday. This year has seen an increase in Pakistani shelling and firing along IB and LoC.
