Till now jogging has been seen as a way to get rid of obesity and keep the body healthy. According to a new report, jogging has some special merits too, especially for women. The recent studies have found that jogging will increase the efficiency to get pregnant. The women who jog at least for 4 hours weekly are likely to get pregnant than those who do not. Its applicable to those who had an early abortion too.

The Study which states that the kinetic activities in a woman affect her ability to be a mother was conducted by Massachusetts Amherst University in the US. The pregnancy of women who had been aborted once or more is due to the jogging they do and not any other activities. The Study states that if obese and overweight women walk 10 minutes daily, it’ll increase their ability to get pregnant.
