Ramadan Special Snacks Recipe : Golpapdi

Golpapdi is perfect for breakfast, evening snacking and even dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour
  • Ghee
  • Poppy seeds
  • Jaggery
  • Cardamom
  • Almonds
  • Coconut

How To Make:

  1. Cook wheat flour with ghee until it turns golden brown.
  2. Add jaggery, cardamom and coconut powder to the mixture.
  3. Drop poppy seeds on a greased plate. When the mixture from step 2 cools down and becomes lukewarm, add it to the greased plate.
  4. Cut into square pieces. Garnish with chopped almonds.
