A man and his wife were arrested in Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh for throwing their newborn baby out of the car. Cruel as it sounds, Sarwer (26) and his wife Kaiser (24) were deservingly arrested soon. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Anant Dev, has all his focus on the case.
The CCTV footage clearly shows that Kaiser is throwing the baby out on June 6. Four police teams were constituited to trace the accused after the baby was found crying on road. The registration number of the car was well read through the video, and they were traced easily.

Anant Dev said that the car too have been seized. So what prompted them to throw the baby out? They said they decided to abandon baby fearing that they will be shamed by society as they got married only on February.
The couple was then booked under section 317 of the IPC ( exposure and abandonment if child under 12 years by a parent or person having care of it). The baby is right now undergoing treatment at the district hospital. We are not sure about the baby’s health status.
