Theevandi trailer is out and in the trailer, the actress Samyukhta Menon is seen slapping Tovino Thomas every now and then. Recalling the shooting times, the actress said that it is not easy to slap someone, “Director demanded perfection and I had to literally slap Tovi again and again.
Initially, our timings were not syncing and sometimes by the time I raise my hand he might have tilted his face. Then we had to go for retakes,” said Samyukhta.
The actress also added that she felt guilty if they had to retake due to her mistakes. Samyukhta also said that Tovini was very chill during these takes. There are 7 slap shots in the film, however, for perfection, the team took more than 20 slap shots.
