In a shameful incident, a man allegedly masturbated outside a girl’s hostel in Guwahati in Assam. The obscene act was caught on camera by a young woman who then uploaded the video on social media, which has reportedly been widely shared.
The man works as a security guard in a nearby automobile showroom in Ganeshguri area, Hindustan Times reported. In the video, the man can be seen masturbating near the girl’s hostel in the area of the city. According to a report in Hindustan Times, the woman who posted the video online expressed her anguish over the indecent act committed by the man outside the hostel.

“It’s very disgusting when you come across this thing early morning at 5:30 am. I don’t feel safe to open my window becoz of this guy,” the woman wrote in her post, as per the screengrabs shared by local news websites, the daily reported. Meanwhile, the Guwahati Police said that a complaint is yet to be filed in connection with this case.
Commissioner of police Hiren Nath told the daily that cops will take action “once there is a complaint.” The senior police officer also refused to give details of the man accused of masturbating in front of the girl’s hostel, as per the report.
