In a tragic incident, a bus has fallen down a mountain road in Ambenali Ghat in Raigad district, Maharashtra. Around forty students at an agricultural university were on the bus at the time of the accident. Thirty students are reported to have died in the accident. The National Response and Disaster Response Team (NDRF) has reached the spot and started rescue operations.

According to reports, the students were going for a picnic to Mahabaleshwar when the accident took place. The tragic incident took place around 190 km away from Mumbai.
