Yogi Adityanath government achieved the record of bringing Rs 60,000 crore investments in 24 districts in just five months after signing Rs 4.68 lakh crore MoUs during the investors’ summit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a record 81 projects ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls in UP.
Emboldened by the PM’s praise, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “Uttar Pradesh will soon emerge as the new growth engine of India.”

Speaking at the mega ceremony in Lucknow, the CM claimed that these projects would create more than 2 lakh job opportunities for the youth. He revealed that projects, worth another Rs 50,000 crore, were in pipeline and would be launched soon to speed up industrialisation in Uttar Pradesh.
He also took a dig at previous regimes claiming that what his government has achieved in just five months, Akhilesh Yadav and Mayawati government could not do in five years.
