EICMA Motor Show 2023: Honda reveals CB1000 Hornet: Details

Milan: Honda has finally revealed the CB1000 Hornet at the EICMA Motor Show 2023 in Milan, Italy. The bike is expected to replace the street-style naked motorcycle CB1000R.

Honda is likely to launch the newly built CB1000 in 2024. However, the company is yet to confirm the exact launch details.

The tech-loaded CB1000 Hornet comes with an aggressive naked style statement, an aggressive front fascia, featuring a proper LED DRLs setup, paired with dual LED projector headlights setup. The vehicle also was seen having a Hornet-signature style fuel tank with dual-tone exhaust pipe. The motorcylce features fully adjustable 41mm USD forks at the front and a Pro-link mono-shock at the back.

The CB1000 is equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled 5.0-inch full-color TFT screen, which allows the riders to monitor some important information such as gear positioning, RPM, petrol capacity, speed, mileage, and time. Customers also get, multiple riding modes, Honda Selectable Torque Control, and others. On the safety front, the motorcycle was given a 310mm discs break at the front and a 220mm disc at the back. The bike CB1000 Hornet is powered by 999cc inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled that generates a max power of 148bhp and 100Nm of peak torque.
