Patricia donned a lilac strapless gown, which had been embellished with ornate beads across the bodice, for the star-studded bash.
She teamed the glitzy look with a jewelled grey clutch bag, which she grasped as she arrived at the festival’s 71st opening night.
However, the Mexican actress inadvertently revealed more than she had bargained for after the bandeau-style dress slipped downwards.

The mishap saw the 30-year-old, who had gone braless for the occasion, accidentally unveil her left nipple. But, despite the serious wardrobe malfunction, the actress appeared unfazed by the awkward incident. Proving that the show must go on, Patricia struck a pose as she smiled for the cameras.
Wearing her brunette tresses in loose curls, the stunner oozed glamour as she let her locks cascade over her right shoulder.

A fellow attendee soon picked up on the nip-slip and rushed to give the actress a hand. Helping her to hide her modesty, Israeli socialite and TV host Hofit Golan readjusted the garment in the hopes of alleviating any more red-faced moments.
