The government has declared a holiday for educational institutions including schools and government offices in the Thiruvananthapuram city corporation on Monday due to ‘Beemapally Urus festival’. The holiday will be applicable to all educational institutions including schools and all government offices coming in the Thiruvananthapuram city corporation.
The holiday was announced as the annual festival in Beemapally ( a local pilgrimage centre) begins on Monday.
