Youth’s car rammed into by a police officer’s son’s car;Kerala Police registers an FIR omitting the accused’s name.

Jai Krishna along with his family was traveling in their car when a car driven by a teen rammed into the back of his car. His daughter, wife and a little kid were in the car who had got totally frightened and suffered injuries due to the unexpected collision. The accident happened on May 18, Friday at 12:45 at the Pottakuzhy Junction in Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. The collided car, KL 01 CD 1549, had been allegedly driven by one Sagar Ashok, S/O a top police officer in the area. But in the FIR 1723 dated 18/5/2018, Jai Krishna alleged that the police deliberately stated that the accident was caused by an ‘unknown’ person.

Anyhow Jai is all set to move on strongly with the case against the top police officer’s sin whose negligence caused the accident ramming into his car which had been tagged “baby on board”.Jai through a Facebook Post has shared all the details of the incident along with his car’s photos and also the FB account of Sagar Ashok.

Maybe due to the recent incidents were the top officials in the police force has been getting accused of power misuse against common civilians as well as their junior police officers, Jai Krishna only trusts the judiciary and also in the support of the people of Kerala.
